Why does the Westlandse Kliekjes Keuken exist?
The Kliekjes was born out of a desire to reduce food waste. At Raaskal, we believe in the value of each ingredient and strive for a more sustainable future. By giving these unused but still perfectly usable products a second chance, less products are thrown away, which would obviously be a waste otherwise.
