From his catering background, Sjoerd has employed several Raaskal employees for more than ten years, but the team now consists of more than 50 employees. Within the Raaskal team there is a family feeling and a no nonsense mentality. Everyone contributes to the daily development, production and delivery of the best products. Food safety and quality are never in question for the team. Successes are celebrated and setbacks are discussed and learned from.

Every last Friday of the month we close it festively and no birthday or holiday goes unnoticed. Work mentality and fun go hand in hand at our company and this is reflected in our performance. The team is diverse and contains many different specialties. We like to give young people a chance to learn and grow, but we also like to rely on knowledge and experience. This diversity makes the team strong and flexible and ensures that we never shy away from a challenge.
